RESTORING A GOLD MINER'S RANCH

Joshua Tree, California

This 125yr old desert ranch included a main residence 3 cottages, and a garage. It was the first homesteaded by a legendary gold miner Phil Sullivan. Many of the dwellings were on shambles, grosely deteriorated and had not been occupied for decades....

Careful tuck pointing was required to preserve original stones, restoration of redwood trim & timbers and fabrication of custom windows brought this once dilapidated dwelling back to life. Click here to see complete transformation
